The standard queen room was beautifully designed with a modern touch and included hypo-allergenic pillows. The hotel's location, just a short walk from Orpheum Theatre, was great and unbeatable. It is situated downtown, close to a variety of eateries and restaurants.

We booked a superior king room with a comfortable bed and a great shower, the location was amazing with onsite parking, the breakfast was delicious, and the check-in process was smooth.

The bed was very comfy, the room was modern and well-kept with comfortable bed. It had very central location close to Pioneer's Monument.

I was offered a room with magnificent views of garden. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the staff were very-very nice and courteous people with services. The location was excellent, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a shopping plaza. There was an amazing restaurant, a market and a convenience store next door.

The Phoenix Hotel is beautifully kept and recently renovated. The employees are patient and offer great services. The rooms are nice size and include a shower, a hairdryer, and terry robes.

The location is great and absolutely perfect, at a moderate distance from War Memorial Opera House. Nice service within 16 miles of the airport. The room is bright with bar and wall-sized windows. The coffee is great, just as expected.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with wall-sized windows that provided beautiful views of the city. The bed was also great, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. Additionally, the breakfast provided was a delightful start to each morning, giving us the energy we needed for the day ahead.

Staff is warm, knowledgable, welcoming. Hotel is cutting edge design, green, comfortable, fun. Lounge/restaurant wonderful atmosphere and food. Very convenient location - a bit edgy/urban but safe. It is now my favorite SF hotel and I'm telling all my friends to stay there. Parking and breakfast by the pool included in the room rate - how can you beat that !?!

I liked our room, it was spacious and comfortable. The courtyard was pleasant. I liked the artistic tile work in the pool. The accompanying lounge (Chambers) was perfect for late-night cocktails.

The magnetic card reader for our room access was not 100% reliable.

There were a few drawbacks to our stay. there was no mini fridge in the room, which made it difficult to store any perishable items.
